WATERLOO, Iowa (KWWL) – Single-destination charter flights will continue from Waterloo Regional Airport following the initial Jan. 28 flight from Waterloo to Laughlin-Bullhead City, Arizona.
Waterloo Regional Airport and Caesars Entertainment announced Tuesday that another Boeing 737 charter flight is scheduled for early March as part of the Caesars Rewards Air program. The flights are operated by Swift Airways.
“Moving forward with March and future charter flights, I look forward to seeing more Iowans from the Cedar Valley, the Corridor (from Cedar Rapids and Iowa City), Des Moines, ‘Ames, Ankeny, Fort Dodge, Mason City and throughout Central and Eastern Iowa enjoy the unique entertainment value that only Caesars can provide through its Caesars Rewards Air program. of the city and airport looks forward to continuing the dialogue with Caesars officials for future charter flights to other select Caesars destinations,” said Keith Kaspari, manager of Waterloo Regional Airport.
Charter trips connect cities where Caesars Entertainment operates facilities. For example, Isle Casino in Waterloo and Harrah’s Casino in Laughlin fall under the same Caesars umbrella.
Two future trips are planned, one from March 5-9 and another from April 14-18. The first trip sells for $614 per person and the second for $534 as of Tuesday, February 15. The price also includes a hotel room. at Harrah’s Casino in Laughlin.
