Echo and the Bunnymen have planned a series of North American tour dates, including a Canadian stopover in Toronto in early September.

The 40th anniversary ride, aptly named “Celebrating 40 Years of Magical Songs,” begins in Atlanta on August 15, passing through many US cities before heading north to the Queen Elizabeth Theater in Toronto on September 10. The tour ends in Washington, DC on September 17.

“I’m looking forward to this next tour of America and Toronto. It will be a continuation of the UK tour we did in February/March of this year, which was my favorite tour,” frontman Ian McCulloch said in a statement. communicated. “A new magic ingredient has been added to starlight and moonbeams and the angels and demons that live inside songs.”
