The Australasian pipeline for the Hilton Garden Inn brand grew to five after Hilton revealed plans to introduce the brand in Kingswood, on the western outskirts of Sydney, as part of a redeveloped Nepean Health Club neighborhood.
Set to open in 2023, the new Hilton Garden Inn Sydney Kingswood will feature 140 rooms and has been signed in partnership with real estate developer, Boston Global. The new signing will bring the company’s global presence in the New South Wales capital to three, alongside the flagship Hilton Sydney and the West Hotel, a Curio by Hilton collection.
The Nepean Health Club has a sweeping A $ 1 billion redevelopment plan that will increase its capacity to meet the region’s growing health care and social assistance needs.
The new hotel will be part of this redevelopment and will also be within walking distance of the Penrith Campus of Western Sydney University as well as many local cultural and recreational attractions. It will also be located 64 kilometers from the existing Kingsford Smith Airport in Sydney and 10 miles from the new Badgerys Creek Airport, which is expected to begin passenger service in 2026.
Facilities for guests and visitors will include a full-service restaurant and bar, meeting rooms, a fitness center, a rooftop bar and a ‘Grab and Go’ self-service retail store. open 24 hours a day offering drinks, treats and other essentials.

Hilton will introduce the Garden Inn brand to Australia later this year with the inaugural opening in Albany, Western Australia. Other additional signings will see the brand arrive in the Melbourne suburb of Bundoora, Busselton, Wash. And the Fijian capital of Suva in the years to come.
