Mangaluru International Airport Receives ACI Accreditation

Mangaluru: Airports Council International (ACI) has awarded the Accreditation Certificate to Mangaluru International Airport. Accreditation is for Level One of the Airport Customer Experience Accreditation Program. The certificate recognizes Mangaluru International Airport’s commitment to continuous improvement of the customer experience. Issued on March 16, the certificate is valid for one year.

The accreditation program aims to further strengthen airports’ ongoing efforts to improve the customer experience. Participating airports undergo a comprehensive review and training process that includes stakeholder and employee engagement and staff development. It is the only program in the airport industry to offer a 360˚ view of customer experience management.

ACI’s latest accreditation reaffirms Mangaluru International Airport‘s commitment to doing everything possible to improve the customer experience through this #GatewayToGoodness. This accreditation also follows the prestigious ACI World’s Voice of the Customer award that Mangaluru International Airport received in February 2021.

Mangaluru International Airport is the third Indian airport in the Asia-Pacific region to achieve this coveted accreditation. The program is part of ACI’s international Airport Service Quality (ASQ) program. It is designed to help airports implement best practices, educate employees and ensure customer satisfaction through service excellence.
